Jim Daniell is a proven business leader with broad and deep experience in both technology and telecom having successfully made the cross-over to the nonprofit sector in 2009 when became the COO of Oxfam America. In 2017, he founded Revol LLC to help nonprofits accelerate their own efforts to transform the organizations for greater scale and impact.
His nonprofit experience has been at the intersection of the largest nonprofits in the world as well as the largest, tech enabled companies helping them. He is well versed in all aspects of global nonprofit operations including international program delivery, policy and advocacy, fundraising, and more traditional shared services such as finance, HR, and IT. His works focuses on connecting strategy formation to the implementation of radically improved people, financial, and technological processes that can delight employees, donors, and beneficiaries.
Jim’s prior for-profit business operating experience ranges from early-stage start-ups to $18B in revenue, P&L ownership of up to $700M, and multiple CEO roles in the tech sector with over $100M in capital formation. His other experience includes both public and private board service with 60+ years of cumulative service, international corporate transactions totaling over $1B, limited partner investments of over $150M, and early-stage venture investments of over $45M including the founding of one of Boston’s largest angel networks.
Jim earned his BS Eng./MS Computer Science from the University of Connecticut concurrently and his Ph.D. In Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegies Mellon University.

Mary Beth McIntyre has been making a difference and been a leader in Non-Profit Fundraising for over 30 years. She has a strong reputation as an effective team builder, connector, innovator, strategist and motivator with a proven track record of delivering short-term fundraising progress while focusing on longer-term strategic opportunities and change. She is adept at developing relationships, data-driven planning focus, leading collaborative initiatives, and finding the “win-win” with both internal and external stakeholders. She is also an industry expert in change management and centralizing marketing efforts for chapter/affiliate-based organizations. Her work with organizations often requires strong collaboration with both internal teams and multiple external partners to achieve desired outcomes and identify transformation opportunities to optimize technology, constituent engagement attributes and enhance constituent relationships.
Mary Beth joined Revol, LLC as a Principal in 2020 to help consult and partner with organizations on optimizing teams to meet short and long-term goals while working toward digital transformation opportunities for ongoing success. She is also a consultant with Barker & Scott Consulting supporting projects that require a fundraising assessment or understanding of fundraising and constituent management needs in preparing for transformational goals and constituent journey opportunities.
Mary Beth founded Win-Win Giving in 2006 to be an extension of organizations, agencies and data implementation teams to assure new initiatives are data-informed and support fundraising, program and constituent-centered goals. She was Vice-President of Innovation and Relationship Management with Target Analytics/Software/Blackbaud companies through several transformations. Mary Beth was a senior member of the Epsilon Fundraising Division for 15 years prior to that. She served as an interim DM Director capacity with Alzheimer’s Association and Feeding America, she has also worked with many organizations including Special Olympics, National MS Society, Smithsonian Institution, No Kid Hungry and International Fund for Animal Welfare. Mary Beth started her fundraising journey working with the American Heart Association. She has been an active industry speaker, serves on several organization Boards and industry associations.

As a co-founder and CEO, Mike Kinkead has started and built three software and information companies from scratch, and has been brought in by the Board to be the CEO of three other software firms. One of Mike’s companies was on the INC. 500 and INC. 100 lists of most rapidly growing, privately held companies in the United States. In 1986, Mike was one of six founders of the Massachusetts Software Council (now the Mass Technology Leadership Council) where he served as Chairman and continues to serve on its Executive Committee and Board.
Mike helps high technology start-up and early-to-mid-stage companies and non-profit organizations that are disruptive innovators and where a well-differentiated strategy, exceptional sales, marketing and service culture is critical to success. Monica Burden is a scholar turned entrepreneur who helps non-profits and small businesses implement technological changes that enable them to better cope with the sped-up, interconnected world we live in today. She has successfully completed hundreds of digital transformation projects, and understands the importance of putting people first, before attempting changes in process and technology.
Monica’s non-profit experience is primarily in the faith-based sector. As a member of the communications staff at the Episcopal Diocese of California, she helped develop a brand identity and overhauled communications for the web-connected world. She has coached many churches and church-based organizations through building websites, creating email newsletters, and using social media to improve communications and connection throughout the community. She currently serves on the national board of a women’s prayer organization.
As an entrepreneur, Monica has overseen projects to help non-profits enable mobile giving, provide online educational services, and access data in a more effective manner. She has worked with small businesses to revamp internal process with greater automation, to create online portals for complex customer interactions, and to improve marketing through automated use of data. Every organization brings different challenges, and Monica thrives on helping them all see the potential of digital transformation and avoid the pitfalls of people’s resistance.
For Monica, business is the application of scholarly knowledge. She earned a PhD and MA in linguistics from the University of California at Santa Barbara, with an emphasis in the study of language, interaction, and social organization. She was a Fulbright Scholar to China in 2001-2002 (where she built her first website, before the term “blog” was popularized). She has a BA in Russian from Reed College.
